Business Performance Improvement Chief Expert  (Retail Sales & Operations)

· Project management and participation in projects for the improvement of existing and creation of new business processes in the retail network of approx. 400 retail sites (petrol stations).
· Coordinating teams, supervising and supporting projects development, roll-out / implementation, reporting, analysis and presentation of the projects status and results.

· Coordinating and providing support to the operations in Osijek region through collaboration with commercialists, head of the petrol stations, retail sales managers and regional manager. Monitoring implementation of internal and external regulations and new work procedures, obtaining necessary permits for the operation of retail sites, cooperation with government authorities and police.

Interpreted meetings between Army lawyer and clients and their conversations conducted face-to-face or over the phone. Prepared/translated documents for the financial reimbursement and coordinated payments for the awarded party with the Finance Office.
· Assigned to the Camp Mayor’s Office. Worked on current lease agreements, agreement modifications and notifications to the lessors, monthly payments, etc.
